Finishing works begin at Beit Al Watan — I-16

Finishing works have officially started at the I-16 building in Beit Al Watan, New Cairo, after the structural phase and the internal walls were approved by the resident engineer and the union representative.

What is being executed now

  • Stone cladding and cornices on the front facade, with exterior painting on the third and fourth floors.
  • Facade and entrance lighting distribution installed and tested.
  • Plastering and floor screed in the upper-floor apartments.
  • Approved marble and ceramic samples delivered to site for the lobby.
Every finishing item on this building was approved by a documented union decision before it reached the site.

What comes next

The coming phase covers the lobby and common areas, then the installation of doors and sanitary ware. A photographic progress report is issued to union members with each completed phase.

Dates and phase details are subject to update with each periodic execution report.
